"NERIUM" Ltd. is implementing a project under procedure BG16RFPR001-1.004, "Support for Family Businesses, Creative Industries, and Crafts," as part of the "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" Program for 2021–2027.

Project Objective

Improving production capacity and the efficiency of hotel and restaurant services by introducing new technical equipment and furnishings at the “Palma Beach” Hotel in the village of Kranevo.

What Does the Investment Include?

Equipment and furnishings for the hotel rooms, restaurant, kitchen area, and front desk, including kitchen and refrigeration equipment, furniture, electronic locks, safes, laptops, and a water purification and softening system.

Expected Results

The implementation of the project will modernize the hotel’s facilities, enhance the quality of service, improve guest comfort and safety, optimize work processes in the kitchen, restaurant, and front desk, and create the conditions for expanding the range of services offered.

As a result, the company is expected to achieve greater competitiveness, more efficient use of resources, improved quality of tourism services, and sustainable development.
